You are in: Compact water treatment plants

For water supply in small towns and cities we have compact water treatment plants already assembled in Skid for an easier transportation both sea-based and land-based.

This type of plants are adaptable to standard measures in containers, with the possibility of it being included or not in the supply.

You can find the following types of plants:

  • Skid compact purification system for well water. Suitable for well water with suspended solids, generally under 50 mg/l. In any case, a continuous filtration a disinfection system is included, to reassure the recommended parameters of the World Health Organization regarding quality standards for human consumption.
  • Skid purification system for river water and surface water. For water high in suspended solids up to 200 mg/l. Added to the previous plant, a lamellar decanter system with a coagulation/flocculation module is included.
  • Compact water purification plant for the reduction of dissolved solids. For the elimination of salts from water, conductivity, chlorides and sulphates. Available for water with high conductivity and brackish water. Required equipment such as reverse osmosis, disinfection pre-treatment, filtration, antiscalant dosage, adjustment of the produced water and final dosage of free chlorine is included.
  • Compact station for sea-water treatment. Through sea-water membranes, using reverse osmosis modules, high-quality potable water can be treated by the captation of sea-water in a coaster region.

In all cases, the plants can have different extra optional on the customer's demand, or requirements of the project. The main options are the following:

  • Chlorination system via sodium hypochlorite dosage, preparation of calcium hypochlorite or hypochlorite generation from brine via electrolysis, implemented in the general control panel of the equipment.
  • Power supply via solar panels or an electric generator
  • Measurement and control of the pH.
  • Measurement and regulation of free chlorine output via redox and/or free chlorine.
  • Filter cleaning system and purges of the manual or automatic lamellar decanter by a daily/weekly schedule timer.
  • PLC control of the plant with a possibility of remote parameter management.
  • Possibility of a storage tank supply included in the Skid o by an independent module. Also a distribution system for the treated water through a pressure system.
  • Optional treatments: ozone, UV, ultrafiltration modules.
