Mobile containerized plant, designed by HIDRITEC for water treatment and bottling system. Its function consists on treating water, to make it suitable for human consumption, and bottle it in plastic bottles to make their distribution easier.

The plant is designed in a 40-foot container, which makes it easier to transport and assemble.

Ideal for areas where it is difficult to reach potable water, work camps, emergency situations or simple distribution and selling of purified water in bottles.

The plant consists on the following processes:

• Water treatment. For this matter the plant has a raw water capturing system, filtration process, disinfection and reverse osmosis.
• Blow molding system for bottles: from PET preforms, the plant manufactures the bottles through a fully automatic process, controlled by the PLC in the plant.
• Filling and capping system: The plant automatically takes care of the rinsing and sterilization of the bottles, the filling and further capping with plastic shrew caps.
• Printing and labelling system. With a fully customized design, the plant proceeds with the final labelling of the produced bottles.
